Items can be returned for a full refund of the merchandise value within 14 days of receiving an order and 7 days after requesting a return label
You’ll have 30 days of purchase to send back the product and we'll happily provide a refund. New and unwashed products will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. Washed and used sheets will be refunded excluding a processing fee of 50% of the original price.

Upon receiving your return in our shipping facility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that based on the card you used to make your purchase, the refund may take up to a month to show up on your statement.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries; if your products are unwashed and unused, just send it back to us and we can exchange it for you right away.
We will make it right! If you received the wrong item(s), please email us at info@bleublanco.com or call us at 888-343-4544, Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and we’ll sort things out!
We never resell returned bedding. We donate gently used returns to Faith and Feathers, local shelters, and other charities. When items aren’t in condition to donate, we partner with textile recycling facilities.
